Private Sessions

               

  • Private Sessions - #200 - 1789 Harvey Ave., Kelowna
  • Also at Level 3, 1275 West 6th Ave., Vancouver
  • By Appointment Only      
  • Initial Consultation - 1.5 hours
  • Subsequent Consultations – 1.5 or 1.0 hour                  (dependent upon individual needs)
  • Off street Parking - Free

We also offer Out-of-Province and International sessions via Skype or Phone.  To schedule a long distance session please email us at -

Consultation Fees

$110.00 - per hour

$165.00 - 1.5 hour session. 

Please be advised that for new clients initial session will be 1.5 hours. Subsequent sessions maybe 1.5 or 1.00 hour, dependent upon individual needs, severity of symptoms etc...

Treatment Package Options

Individual Sessions =  $165.00  (1.5 hrs)

****** 4 Sessions = $580.00 - Save $80.00

****** 7 Sessions = $980.00 - Save $175.00

- a sense of 'taking charge', of reaffirming the commitment to your healing process

Conditions: 

- For Package 4 - all sessions must be taken within 4 months of the first one
- For Package 7 - all sessions must be taken within 6 months of the first one
- Sessions are not transferrable to someone else
- other conditions of engagement as outlined in the Client Guidelines still apply
- incidental discounts which maybe offered to other clients will not apply in addition to this offer. 

Cancellation Policy - Private Sessions

We recognize that sometimes "life happens" and it is difficult to keep an appointment, so please call as soon as possible to reschedule. However missed appointments are a waste of valuable time so appointments missed without 24 hours advance notice will be subject to 50% of consultation fee.

Payment for Sessions, Workshops and Events

There are no on-site credit / debit facilities, cheques are not accepted.

Either cash at session or pre-payment using credit / debit cards can be made as outlined below.

Workshop Deposit -   The Total Investment for each Event is listed in the Schedule of Events. A non-refundable deposit of   $150.00 is required to secure your place at any Workshop or event. 

Should any workshop be cancelled or postponed all deposits will be

refunded or may be transferred to a future workshop.
